Rob and Fiona have developed this website in response to interest in their work in the field of Allied Health Professions management, leadership, innovation and service re-design.

They both have extensive experience as AHP managers and leaders of acute, community, primary care and tertiary services. They lead masterclasses and give lectures, presentations, management and leadership workshops and undertake consultancy in the NHS and other health care settings in the UK, Europe and worldwide.
