Masterclass for Allied Health Professions; “Demand and Capacity Management and Managing Change”, Douglas, Isle of Man

 Dear Rob and Fiona,

Many thanks for the fantastic Masterclass which we all found really helpful and enjoyable.  Our team have recently won the Isle of Man Department of Health Top Team Award 2013, we would like to thank you for helping us to initiate the demand and capacity management programme and for supporting our work on demand and capacity management and managing and leading change.

To succeed with any service change it is vital that the whole team is well informed, each member empowered to have an opinion of their own so that they can contribute positively to the difficult process of change and work together effectively to meet a common goal.  The Masterclass brought us together to consider our resources, capacity and performance.  You, as Masterclass leaders prompted informed debate and provide us with evidence-based information and resources, so that at the end of the day we were all ‘on the same page’ ready to move ahead with our service development.

Thank you again for your support and for sharing your expertise and experience with us.
